Payment:
No parcel will leave the office without full payment. Please make use of EFT/ATM Deposits. Extra fees will be charged on bank cash deposits.
Lead times of orders vary to product availability, but will be in general 2-3 working days from payment. All our products are freshly manufactured to provide our customers optimal quality.
Shipping:
You will receive a notification via WhatsApp/E-mail/SMS when your parcel leaves our office. Please allow 4-6 working days. We do NOT send overnight parcels, therefore please order in time if you need your parcel by a specific date. Parcels will be dispatched from our office from Monday - Thursday. No parcels are sent out on Fridays as we want to minimise risks of parcels in warehouses over weekends.
When your parcel leaves our office we are depending on our third parties (PUDO, The Courier Guy and Fastway) for optimal service delivery, but please note, TAV Brand (Pty)Ltd is not delivering the parcels and therefore can not take responsibility for unexpected delays in the delivery of your parcel.
Please feel free to contact us if you struggle to track a parcel or if your parcel did not reach you within the expected time frame, we are more than willing to help you to make sure the parcel reaches you. TAV Brand(Pty)Ltd will not take responsibility for delays when you do address changes after the parcel has been shipped.
