ERRORS/RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS:
All of us at the TAV office try our best to send out parcels punctually and correctly. Unfortunately, although we double check the parcels, there is always the possibility of human error.
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives at your doorstep and when you pick up an error, please immediately take a picture of the parcel as proof and send it through via sms/e-mail/WhatsApp to our offices that we can sort out the problem as soon as possible.
*PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We will not be able to correct orders or replace products if we are not notified with proof less than 1 day after delivery of the parcel or if some of the stock was already sold/used before we were notified with proof.
Damaged items: We are more than happy to replace damaged items, but please notify us as soon as you receive the parcel.
