Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We aim to delivery excellent service at TAV and therefore we try our best to send your parcel the next working day after payment cleared in our bank account. This is specifically important for EFT payments.

This means: If your payment cleared in our bank on Thursday, your parcel will leave on Friday. If your payment only cleared on a Friday, your parcel will only leave on Monday.

When circumstances out of our control happens and we need to keep your parcel back, we will communicate that with you as soon as we are aware of any problems.

Deliveries and charges:

We make use of The Courier Guy & PUDO.  They are the most reliable and also currently the cheapest.  The courier fees are determined according to the size, weight and delivery address of the parcel.

When you qualify for the free delivery option, it means you will have to collect your parcel from your nearest PUDO locker. If you do not have a PUDO locker in your area, you will unfortunately need to pay the door delivery fee for your area or either speak to us at the office that we can see how we can assist with the best and cheapest possible delivery option.

Delivery takes 4-7 working days from the day of dispatch. This is the policy of the courier company on standard deliveries. Please keep in mind that deliveries to outlaying areas e.g. smaller villages, rural areas, townships and the countryside will not be delivered in less than 3 working days after dispatch. 

Please let us know if you did not receive your parcel within 6 working days after dispatch that we can find out what caused the delay. Remember, when the parcel leaves our office, we are depending on the service of the courier companies. Hijackings, accidents, delays with strikes, floods etc. is out of our control. Please be patient with us when circumstances like that happens. From our side we will still do everything we can to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Returns/Errors:

All of us at the TAV office try our best to send out parcels punctually and correctly. Unfortunately, although we double check the parcels, there is always the possibility for human error. Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives at your doorstep and when you pick up an error, please immediately take a picture of the parcel as proof and send it through via sms/e-mail to our offices that we can sort out the problem as soon as possible.

*PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We will not be able to correct orders or replace products if we are not notified with proof less than 1 day after delivery of the parcel or if some of the stock was already sold or used before we were notified with proof.
