Women's Month: The Strength of ALEPH, The Heart of TAV
Share
Women's Month is more than a celebration. It is a reminder.....a reminder of who we are IN HIM, because without Him, my life would have looked completely different and not in a good way.....Thank you Jesus for your blood!
It also reminds us of the women who quietly carry families, build businesses, nurture communities, comfort broken hearts, and somehow still find the strength to smile. Much of what women do happens behind the scenes, often unnoticed, yet it forms the very foundation upon which homes, friendships, and generations are built.
At TAV, this month has caused us to reflect on something much deeper than flowers and appreciation. It has reminded us of the meaning behind our own name.
The Hebrew alphabet begins with the letter Aleph (א) and ends with the letter Tav (ת). Together they represent the beginning and the end, completeness, and the fullness of a journey. In the Book of Revelation, Jesus declares:
"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the the End." (Revelation 22:13)
In Hebrew thinking, that same expression would naturally be understood as Aleph and Tav.
Interestingly, the word "et" (את)—made up of Aleph and Tav—appears thousands of times throughout the Hebrew scriptures. While it is often translated simply as a grammatical marker, many scholars and Bible students see in it a beautiful reminder that God is present from the very beginning to the very end of every story.
This is where Women's Month becomes deeply personal.
Every woman has a story. Some stories are filled with joy, achievement and celebration. Others carry loss, disappointment, unanswered prayers or silent battles that few people ever see. Yet through every chapter, from the first page to the last, God remains present. He has never left the story.
The Aleph reminds us that God knew us before our first breath.
The TAV reminds us that He already sees the finished masterpiece He is creating.
Perhaps that is why women so beautifully reflect God's character. They understand beginnings—a newborn child, a new business, a new dream. They also understand endurance—remaining faithful when life becomes difficult, loving when it is costly, and believing when circumstances offer little reason to hope. True strength is not found in loud voices or public recognition. It is found in faithful hearts that continue serving, loving and believing, even when no one is watching.
"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." Hebrews 11:1 (NIV)
To every mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, entrepreneur, guardian, teacher, nurse, doctor, colleague and friend—we simply want to say thank you.
Thank you for your resilience.
Thank you for your compassion.
Thank you for choosing kindness when the world often rewards the opposite.
Thank you for reminding us that true influence is measured not by status, but by the lives we touch every single day.
Thank you for mothers and grandmothers who pray.....thank you for creating a lasting legacy through prayer. (How honoured I am to have/had both💚).
As our company carries the name TAV, we are constantly reminded that every product we create should reflect integrity from beginning to end. Excellence is not only about what customers see on the shelf—it is about every decision made before it ever reaches their hands.
This Women's Month, may you remember that your own life is held between the Aleph and the Tav. God has been with you at the beginning, He walks with you today, and He has already prepared what lies ahead.
Your story is not defined by a single chapter, it is written by the Author who holds the first letter and the last.
May you continue to walk in courage, purpose and grace—knowing that the One who began the good work in you will be faithful to complete it.
"I have loved you with an everlasting love." — Jeremiah 31:3
All my love
